Returns

We accept return requests only in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and in original packaging

Proof such as photos or videos may be required for verification

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or incorrect order placement by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

If a replacement is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Products returned without original packaging

Products reported after the 48-hour window

Currently, SNSYA ships only within India. Refunds or returns are processed in accordance with Indian consumer guidelines.
